I've been thinking about starting up doing commissions, but I realized that CRAP! My gallery SUCKS! Wow... I really need to start getting to do some more art that I can post, and also get my computer back, that would be helpful. Yup. Anyway, that's about it.

Well, I'm back... I've been surfing around on here for a while, but not really being "active", per se, for a couple of months... However, tonight I was sitting here, and I decided I would like to be more active on here, start posting more drawings and writing more journals... So anyway, here's an update on me and my life lately, for anyone who cares..

I moved back to Alberta last year in October... so more than a year ago... WOW!! I can't believe it was that long... I moved in with my boyfriend and his family then... that only lasted for... a month and a half, partially because his mother and I... clash, for lack of better words... During our last "arguement" I screamed at her, swore at her, then gave her the finger and walked out, shaking with rage... She's crazy and I couldn't stand living with her...

Anyway, so in November, I started working at McDonald's (glamorous, I know), because I needed a job as fast as I could get one, and at the time, my boyfriend, Kyle, was working there, and got me a job within a week... so we saved up the money to move into an apartment as quickly as we could... By December 1st, we were, thankfully, in our own apartment...

We spent Christmas here in Alberta with his parents...It was my first Christmas without my family, and it was very strange... Not bad, but strange... It was nice to see how Kyle's family celebrated Christmas, but I missed my parents soo much... So we went to visit them as soon as we could, in February...

On March 17, it was mine and Kyle's six year anniversary (I still can't believe we've been together that long!!)... And he surprised me by calling all the animal shelters in the area to find one with a grey kitten for us to buy!! We went there, and there were three to choose from, and I chose one, and, since it was St. Patrick's day, we named him Patrick... He's adorable and I love him to pieces.. I'll have to post a picture on here one day... Have to find one in my shoebox full of pictures...

Well, life went on, uneventfully, and soon it was summer... Kyle and I went on separate holidays, simultaneously... he went on a boat trip with his brother, and I went to my parents for my cousin's wedding... Pretty good time, although we were broke the entire time... It was good to see my family again and my cousins and everything...

Again, life went on without any major events that I can think of... then again, I am tired, so there may be something, and I will probably edit this, or post a new one tomorrow, whatever...

Oh, one very important day is when I got my computer!!! *hugs computer* I was soo happy when I got it, and was surprised that Dell even approved me for financing, especially for how much I got ($2500)... it took FOREVER to arrive, because of a back order on the monitor, but I was so happy when it did... I rarely left it when I got it... actually, come to think of it, I rarely do now...

In October, my boyfriend and I moved out of our apartment into the basement with one of Kyle's friends... It seemed like a fantastic idea at the time, because of the much cheaper rent (about half of what we were paying at the apartment).. However, she's a bit controlling (for example, I forgot to empty out the lint trap in the dryer a few times, and I am now "grounded" from using it for 2 weeks) and I end up feeling like an intruder for being there, and try to avoid going upstairs to shower or cook food... Yeah...

Well, anyway, here I am right now... Still in that basement, still working at McDonald's... I haven't drawn anything iin a long time, so I need to get myself motivated, which seems very difficult at the time... but we'll see... I need to get some concept drawings for the novel I want to write, soo... Yeah... Anyway... that's it for me...

Well, only 2 sleeps left until I move (yes, I could time up to something in sleeps as opposed to days... *shrug*)... So yeah, I still haven't gotten everything packed, and probably shouldn't be on here, but I realized that people may not know where I am, the few people I have that look at my art, but this is so you know...

The reason I'm moving is to be with my boyfriend... he WAS actually supposed to be moving here, but well, in the course of a weekend in mid-September, that all changed... He works at a movie theatre in Alberta, and his boss started talking to the big boss of the chain of theatres (Magic Lantern Cinemas), and well, they offered to train him for management!! So yeah, holy smokies... so he's doing that right now, and then they want to send him to Saskatchewan for more training, and then to Ontario to manage, or help to manage, a theatre... So yeah, Ontario is very far away, and we've already been apart for 4 months (he came up for about 2 weeks in the middle, but that's it)...

The reason I'm even bothering to tell you all this is, I won't have a computer there, so I don't know when, or if, I'll get the chance to upload any new art, or reply to comments or anything... We'll be getting a computer at some point, but I don't know when.. and a scanner, hopefully... My friend might be able to let me borrow her (well, her parents) computer, but I don't know if and when that will be, soo... this is just a sort of goodbye for now, and hope to see you all again!! Don't forget me!! *sniffle, whimper*
